Life has its ups and downs, but the main thing is to keep your sunny side up.

In April 2022 I’m joining a fundraising trek from the Dead Sea to Petra, in Jordan with Dream Challenges. I’ll be raising money for The Brain Tumour Charity. My writing explores the dynamics of relationships and what makes them tick, in the form of flash fiction and short stories. I’m working on a novel which looks at a friendship that has lasted decades, posing the question of whether love or circumstances created the bond.

I also write a little creative non-fiction and memoir, exploring nature and its impact on my world.
